They’re neither unusual or innovative, but several pairs of manacles are a must-have for any group of adventurers who plan on taking prisoners or to secure a party member who falls under the influence of control magic.
That’s a good one! While the party in my campaign is pretty much of a ‘kill them all, let the Lords of Light sort them out’/take-no-prisoners bent, there have been lots of times when they could have used some form of restraints for other PCs.
I follow a “kill them all” with rogue PC too
