Do I have enough half-orc figures? There are a few I still need to paint, but most of them are here.
Several Ral Partha sculpts by Tom Meier, I assume. An archer:
A fighter:
A thug, rogue, or thief:
An assassin:
A “Ral Partha Import” in the US; actually a Citadel figure and sold in Citadel’s AD&D line in the UK, the “Grim half-orc adventurer”:
Some later Grenadier half-orcs. Julie Guthrie? The guy with two short swords was probably sold as an orc.
A Grenadier AD&D fighter from an “Action Art” type set; his axe broke off so I replaced it later with a massive scimitar.
Two orphan figures: a Chainmail half-orc and a Rafm mulit-part assemble your own adventurer kit: half-orc. The only two half-orcs either company made.
A Grenadier goblin hero, actually, but usually used as a half-orc ranger or fighter.
A Citadel Chaos Warrior, but that face screams half-orc. A badass fighter or fighter/cleric.
A Reaper half-orc rogue or assassin. Used him as Big Swifty, my last 4e character.
A Reaper orc fighter, but also used for a half-orc. Not sure what I was on when I painted the eyes:
Citadel Chaos Warrior looks like latter day Micheal Jackson.
The Reaper half-orc rogue or assassin is the awesomist. Great pose, great leggins, great hood & cloak, great tusks
Thanks! The Reaper assassin is definitely a great sculpt, and I’m happy with how he turned out.
And thanks a lot for forever ruining the warrior for me. But you’re right, he does. But I painted him back around 88 or 89!
